- En una sartén a parte sin aceite ponemos las setas con un poco de sal a fuego vivo para que suelten el agua 5 min. Los colamos y reservamos el agua que han soltado pasándola por un colador muy fino.
- Cuando los nabos ya estén blanditos les añadimos las setas escurridas. Lo rehogamos todo junto y después subimos el fuego y añadimos un poco de brandy. Cuando haya quemado el alcohol volvemos a bajar el fuego y añadimos un vaso grande de caldo, un vaso pequeño del agua que han soltado las setas y cocemos a fuego lento 10min. Y ya está 👌👌
