Envolvemos muy bien todos los ingredientes con la ayuda de un tenedor. Dejamos en reposo unas horas.
  2. Enharinamos la encimera. Hacemos unas pelotas (Albóndigas) con la mano y las vamos  pasando por harina y colocando sobre la encimera.
  3. Doramos las albóndigas en aceite de oliva virgen extra y reservamos. El aceite lo filtramos y usamos una parte del mismo para el siguiente paso.
  4. En una cazuela u olla introducimos las albóndigas y echamos por encima la salsa de tomate con un poco de perejil y pimienta. Podemos añadir algo de agua (según veamos cuánto evapora). Mantenemos la cocción al menos 20 minutos. Pinchar una albóndiga para ver si está bien cocida antes de finalizar la receta.
  5. Emplatar y comer.
