  7. Echar el sofrito, las patatas y la zanahoria en la cacerola de las albóndigas. Además, echar 2 vasos de agua en la sartén y después tirarlos en la cacerola. Añadir posteriormente otro vaso más y 1/2 vaso o 1 entero, según el gusto, de moscatel, o cualquier vino que tengan en casa.
  8. Ponerlo a fuego máximo hasta que empiece a hervir y, entonces, bajarlo al máximo y esperar hasta que la patata y la zanahoria estén blandas.
