- Cortamos en trozos más o menos grandes el tocino. Cortamos el chorizo también en pequeños trozos. Después incorporamos todo esto al sofrito. Freímos por al menos unos 5 minutos a que queden sellados. Agregamos el tomate y mezclamos bien todos esto por un par de minutos.
- Agregamos las lentejas (Aproximadamente unos 100 gr. por cada persona), las removemos bien por alrededor de un minuto. A continuación agregamos el pimentón y mezclamos teniendo cuidado de que no se queme el pimentón para no agriar el guiso.
