  4. En una cazuela plana o sartén doramos las albóndigas, una vez doradas las apartamos y en la misma sartén añadimos la mezcla picada y la leche de coco y la dejamos reducir un poco
  5. Una vez reducida un poco la salsa añadimos brócoli y las albóndigas junto con la salsa de soja y la salsa de pescado, en la receta original añadimos el bimi y el tirabeque
  6. Dejamos cocinar 10 minutos todo ello a fuego medio
