- Una vez hechas las albóndigas, las pasamos por harina y las freímos un poco, para sellarlas y las retiramos.
- En el mismo aceite de freír (si hace falta echamos un poco más) añadimos la cebolleta y los ajos tiernos picados previamente. Vamos removiendo y bajamos el fuego.
- Cuando coja un color dorado oscuro, incorporamos las alcachofas previamente cortadas en trozos no muy pequeños. Removemos, dejamos que se hagan durante 1 ó 2' e incorporamos un poco de caldo.
- Dejamos unos 3' que se junte todo y añadimos los rovellons, previamente limpios y cortados en trozos (no pequeños). Vamos removiendo y al cabo de 2' añadimos las albóndigas y el resto de caldo.
- Cuando empiece a hervir, bajamos el fuego y que se vaya haciendo "chup-chup" durante 3/4h. Vigilar que no se pegue. Dejar reposar durante 1/2h ó más, luego se puede calentar otra vez.
