Añadimos el caldo de carne y las albóndigas, dejamos hasta que eche a hervir una vez que arranca a hervir lo ponemos en el horno precalentado a 240 grados calor arriba y abajo hasta que se consuma el caldo(no es necesario hacerlo en el horno, yo utilicé el horno porque mi fuego es pequeño para un recipiente tan grande)

Ponemos en el vaso de la batidora el diente de ajo pelado y leche añadimos un poco de aceite batimos con la batidora y le iremos agregando leche a la vez que vamos batiendo con la batidora hasta que coja la consistencia deseada, añadimos sal perejil una cucharadita de vinagre batimos un poco más, ya lo tendremos listo para emplatar!!
