- Empezamos poniendo el pan en un plato con la leche, reservamos. Por otro lado vamos preparando las albóndigas. Cortamos a cuchillo, muy pequeño el pescado y gambas. Ponemos en un plato hondo. - Mientras se pocha las verduras, en un cuenco machacamos dos ajos con sal y perejil. Por último añadimos el vaso de vino blanco. Reservamos
- Una vez pochado la verduras añadimos 2 cucharadas de harina. Removemos un par de minutos y vertemos la mezcla de vino ajo sal y perejil. Cocinamos 5 minutos más, removiendo bien.
- Entonces, vamos añadiendo a la cazuela el azafrán y con ayuda de un colador, el caldo que hemos hecho con los restos del pescado y gambas. primero pongo unos 500 ml y ya le voy añadiendo poco a poco si veo que está demasiado espeso. Cocinamos a fuego suave unos 25 min más. Trituramos con turmix.
- Por último, añadimos las albóndigas. 5 o 10 min más de chup chup y listooo!!!
