- Ponemos la cebolla cortada en cuartos y el aceite en el vaso, 5 seg vel 5. Luego 12 min, 120º, vel cuchara.
Añadimos la harina, 2 min, 100º, vel 1.
Añadimos el jerez, caldo, sal y pimienta, colocamos el varoma en su posición y 25 min, varoma, vel 2. - Sacamos las albóndigas en una olla, trituramos la salsa 20 seg, vel 10, volcamos por encima y cocemos destapado unos 5 minutos.
