  15. Cuando las albóndigas ya estén doraditas ve echándolas en la cacerola con el jitomate y deja que hierva 1 hr aprox. Para que las albóndigas se cuezan bien.
  16. NOTA. No es necesario que frías las albóndigas, si gustas puedes ir echándolas directamente en el jitomate.
