  4. Yo las suelo hacer del tamaño de una cucharilla de postre, se fríen más fáciles y solo hay que partirlas por la mitad para poder comerlas.
  5. Cuando tengas hechas las albóndigas, pásalas por harina y tamiza el exceso.
  6. Pon un cazo o sartén de paredes altas, con 3 o 4 dedos de aceite vegetal, a calentar a fuego fuerte (7 de 10). Fríe poco a poco para que no pierda temperatura el aceite. Sácalas en papel absorbente.
