Esta receta que aquí os dejo, es un plato muy nutritivo, súper saludable y apto para personas vegetarianas y veganas.
Las albóndigas de quinoa son tan deliciosas y saciantes como las tradicionales de carne de ternera o cerdo, con la diferencia de que estás de Quinoa tienen una cantidad mucho menor de grasas saturadas. - Con el horno precalentado a 200 °C, horneamos las albóndigas durante 15 minutos.
- Pela la yuca y con ayuda de una mandolina o de un pelador de verduras, saca tiras finas. Calienta aove en una sartén, agrega los chips de yuca y fríelas a fuego suave hasta que se doren. Escúrrelas en un recipiente con papel absorbente. Sazona los chips. Calienta la salsa de tomate.
- Sirve un poco de salsa de tomate en el fondo de los platos, coloca los chips de yuca. Decora los platos con unas hojas de perejil. Acompaña con una fresca ensalada de brotes tiernos, con zanahoria, maíz. Atún y lo que se te ocurra. Buen Provecho.
