- Para hacer la salsa de las albóndigas ponemos a pochar la cebolla con los ajos en aove.
- Cuando este todo pochado añadimos las especias y el laurel.Luego el vino y dejamos que se evapore.Le ponemos agua y el trozo de avecrem y esperamos a que empiece a hervir.
- Cuando el caldo hierva echamos las albóndigas pasadas un poco por harina y dejamos cocer.Cuando ya están casi cocidas y reducido el caldo le ponemos la cucharada de tomate y probamos de sal.
- Pasado unos minutos y ya con la salsa reducida tenemos nuestras albóndigas que he acompañado con unas patatas fritas.
