  4. Hacemos bolas y las pasamos por harina. Freímos en aceite caliente dándole la vuelta para que se haga bien por todos los lados. Y reservamos.
  5. En una cacerola, freímos la cebolla añadimos una cucharada de harina, removemos bien y añadimos el caldo de la sopa miso (si queremos, podemos triturarlo con la batidora) y la hoja de laurel. Echamos las albóndigas y dejamos hervir con la tapaunos 10 minutos a fuego medio-bajo.
