  5. Cuando esté blandito le echáis el tomate y dos vasos de agua más el avecrem (o dos vasos de caldo), el 1/2 vaso de vino blanco y dos cucharadas G. rasas de harina. Metéis las albóndigas en la salsa.
  6. Dejarlo unos 10-15 min hasta que las albóndigas quedan blanditas. A fuego fuerte que hierva, vigilarlo.
  7. A mi después me gusta sacar las albóndigas pasas la batidora y lo trituras y metes las albóndigas. Pelamos y cortamos las patatas y las freímos para acompañar.
