  2. Con el brócoli y coliflor ya listos, los introducimos de nuevo en la thermomix o robot de cocina y le damos un golpe para triturar. Agregamos el resultado de triturar los dos ingredientes en un bol y le agregamos el cuscus que teníamos hidratando, procediendo a mezclar todos los ingredientes.
  3. Añadimos el ajo, orégano y la harina, y con las manos, procedemos al amasado hasta que podamos hacer albóndigas con la masa sin que se rompa. El rendimiento de la masa es para unas 40-50 albóndigas, todo ello dependiendo del tamaño que le quieran dar. Con todas las albóndigas listas, las pasamos por harina antes de proceder a freír hasta que estén bien doraditas.
