  4. Añadimos las papas en rodajas y removemos, a los minutos añadimos la salsa de tomate y el agua. Mezclamos y añadimos las albóndigas de a una y acomodándolas bien por toda la olla. Tapamos y dejamos cocinar, vamos removiendo cada tanto.
  5. En cuanto las papas están cocidas que lleva entre 15 y 20 minutos, ya está listo. Apagamos el fuego y añadimos las hojas de perejil. Mezclamos y dejamos reposar tapado unos minutos antes de servir.
  6. Acompañamos con arroz blanco. En casa somos fanáticos del arroz y muchas comidas se acompañan así. Que disfruten!
